Clinical Profile & Philosophy
My experience has included working in community based services and inpatient at Virginia Treatment for Children. I have received extensive training in cognitive behavioral techniques, family conflict resolution, depression and treating anxiety disorders. I specialize in working with older adolescents and teens. My goal is to help support and provide each of my clients and their families with the best care possible that relates best to them. I have my Bachelor's in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and I am currently gaining my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. My main purpose as a counselor is to help support and provide my clients and their families with the most amount of guidance, empathy, and resources that I can provide. I believe if given the opportunity and if the client is willing, then anyone is capable of obtaining some form of positive development into their lives.
Fun Fact
I enjoy playing tennis competitively and for fun. I also spend time coaching tennis during the spring and summer.
